The Team

Two agents, one commission, and a reason they work this way

Ryan and Paul became one team because a seller should never have to choose between two good agents. Two minutes with them explains the rest.

Meet The Team

Ryan and Paul on how they work

Ryan studied psychology before he sold houses, and it is not a line on a bio page. Every offer is a negotiation with a person on the other end who wants something and fears something, and is telling you which is which. Ryan hears it.

He calls his standard the White Glove Experience: full service, meticulous execution, and a fee structure built to leave more money with the client. He also answers his own phone. Be ready for a dad joke.

Paul spent years on the financing side of hundreds of deals before he moved to this one. He knows how lenders think, what makes an approval move quickly, and which conditions are worth keeping when a seller asks you to drop them.

When he reads an offer he sees the whole financial picture, which is why the conditions on our deals tend to hold.

Why Work With Us

Reasons buyers and home owners pick two agents

A negotiator who studied how people make decisions, and a former mortgage broker who knows what a lender will actually approve. Both on your file, for one commission.

Showings On Your Schedule

The good ones go in days. With two of us a Tuesday evening is not a problem, and you are not waiting on one calendar while a house sells.

Two Sets Of Eyes

One of us loves a house, the other asks why the basement smells like that. A second opinion before you write an offer beats any brochure.

Offers Built On Real Sales

Not the asking price and not a hunch. What has actually closed on comparable homes nearby, and what that says about this one.

Marketing You Can See

Professional photography, property tours and targeted advertising, with the real numbers behind the campaign rather than a promise that it went well.

Local, Not A Map App

Which streets flood in spring and which block is quietly the best value in town. We live here, and it shows up in what we tell you not to buy.

Nothing Up Front

In most transactions the seller's side covers the buyer agent's commission, and our fee is in writing before you see a single home.

Free Tools

Try our free tools and get a head start on your move

All of it free, none of it gated behind a phone call, and the same maths we would do sitting across the table from you.

Harvest Run

Paved trails, two ponds and wildflower fields, with native planting for pollinators. Open countryside views at the edge of the city.

LondonIn Town

Old North

The Thames wraps its western and northern edge. Stately Victorian and Edwardian homes under mature trees, minutes from Western.

LondonIn Town

White Oaks

Nearly everything here went up after 1993. Modern stock, and a plaza at Hyde Park and Fanshawe that pulls shoppers from across the county.

LondonIn Town

Lambeth

An independent village until 1993 and it still feels like one. Almost entirely detached, from farmhouses to new builds, along Main Street.

LondonFamily

Sunningdale

Client Stories

What it is like to work with two agents instead of one

Every one of these is a real Google review. The team holds a 5.0.

Totally impressed with Ryan and his recent listing and sale of my parents’ home in Port Stanley. He came to meet them prepared. He did his research and presented a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan. He prepped and executed while keeping my parents totally informed every day. It’s a super tough market but after only 4 days and many showings, house was sold. I think you can’t go wrong with Ryan as your agent.

Ryan just sold our home. Trust me when I say he knows what he is doing. I have NEVER met a realtor who works as hard as Ryan does. He stays on top of EVERYTHING during the course of selling your home. The pictures, video and brochures of our home were top notch quality. I am a very picky client and I would not trust any one but Ryan. Thank you Ryan from the bottom of our hearts. You made it happen!!! Now onto our next journey… cheers

I’ve had many Realtors over the years and Ryan Featherstone by far is the most attentive and conscientious and hard-working realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He communicates and brings us up to speed on all the details, and is very market-driven. I would also like to add that Ryan not only becomes a business partner when selling your house but he becomes a kind friend. I would highly recommend anyone to engage with him before choosing a realtor, and you will see how well researched he is with his presentation when speaking to you. We already miss communicating with him after our house sold.

Ryan worked very hard during a tough market and he got my place sold! He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make the sale happen. He looked after all the paperwork, marketing, open houses, showings, closing details and much more. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who wants results.

It was a pleasure working with Ryan. From our telephone call to set up a viewing to signing an offer was a quick smooth process. We appreciated his knowledge of the property and he took time to show us a comparable unit. Great friendly service. Thanks Ryan.

We had the pleasure of meeting with agent Ryan Featherstone in St. Thomas today. It was to view a couple of properties. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the city. He was friendly, engaging and we felt we had placed our search in the right hands. Ryan listened to us and did not resort to high pressure tactics, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for a great realtor and agent, you need look no further.
